Solutions Engineer (Full Stack)

Columbus, OH / On-Site / Full Time

We are looking for Software Engineers with demonstrated abilities, passion and a desire to always be improving through new technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have good design sense, a broad technical background, and a natural curiosity for producing effective, modern software solutions.

Foundational Requirements
  • Solid core HTML/CSS/JS skills
  • Enterprise-level experience with one or more software frameworks
  • Experience building web applications from concept to completion
Primary Responsibilities
  • Engineer applications, including mobile applications built on hybrid technology
  • Rapid prototyping of solutions using digital prototyping tools
  • Maintaining documentation and work tickets
  • Peer code-review
  • Coordinating with our systems team for CI/CD, containerization and release management
Ideal Skills & Experience
  • JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React or Vue.js)
  • Application and API functionality (e.g. Java/Spring, Node.JS, GO, Ruby On Rails)
  • Relational and document databases (e.g. MySql, MongoDB)
  • Third-party services and APIs (Twilio, Slack, Serverless)

Systems Engineer (DevOps)

Columbus, OH / On-Site / Full Time

We are looking for Systems Engineers with demonstrated abilities, passion and a desire to always be improving through new technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and deploying infrastructure solutions (DevOps) for engineering teams, and a natural curiosity for technical process improvement.

Foundational Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise technology systems
  • Experience using code to standardize the provisioning of IT/Infrastructure services (IaC)
  • Experience with one or more major cloud provider (specifically AWS, Azure or GCP)
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide dynamic troubleshooting and support of the systems needed to support the OSA Engineering crew
  • Design, implement, and maintain a library of cloud deployment solutions
  • Coordinate monitoring and availability of cloud infrastructure
Ideal Skills & Experience
  • Linux-based infrastructure server infrastructure
  • Open-source web, application, and database technologies
  • Configuration and management of DevOps tools

Managed Services

Support Engineer

Columbus, OH / On-Site / Full Time

We are looking for Support Engineers with demonstrated abilities, passion, and desire to support a range of managed technology solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have both system administration and front-line customer service experience, with efficient and effective skills in documenting from request to resolution.

Foundational Requirements
  • 3+ years of customer support, sales or technology experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask
Primary Responsibilities
  • Front line triage and resolution of both user and server endpoint support needs
  • Support of common business software like Microsoft 365, Google Workplace
  • Monitoring and support of cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure and GCP
  • Production and maintenance of technical documentation and support procedures
  • Document work via a proprietary ticketing system
  • Remote support of computer hardware, software, network and servers
  • Research issues to resolve technical problems
  • Work as a team to resolve customer issues
Ideal Skills & Experience
  • Ticket management and workflow automation systems
  • Proficient in Mac, iOS, Android, Windows, Chrome OS and Linux OS environments
  • IT security and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, ISO, PCI)
  • On-premise and cloud IT infrastructure including network and server technologies
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Device Management solutions
  • Strong knowledge and support of Backup and Anti-Virus solutions
